At North Elm Construction, we understand that safety is of the utmost importance when it comes to construction. We take a proactive approach to safety, implementing measures to protect our team, industry partners, clients and anyone else who may be involved or affected by our projects. Our detailed safety process and procedures work to ensure that all safety protocols are being followed and that any potential hazards are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Understanding that construction and what we do can be dangerous, we are committed to a strong safety practice and to the health and safety of all those involved in our projects.
As a part of our program we provide extensive safety training to all of our employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to work safely at all times. We believe in involving our clients in our safety practices and ensure that clients complete our onsite safety orientation before the start of the project and also to conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that our job sites are always safe for them.
